Joe Knows Shirts is an independent local guide — we don't print or embroider anything ourselves. We help Indy-area families, teams, and businesses figure out what they need, what it should cost, and which local shop is the right fit before they order.
Ask five different Indianapolis print or embroidery shops what your order should cost, and you'll get five different answers pointing at five different methods — usually whichever one that shop happens to run. None of them are lying, exactly. They're just quoting the tool in front of them, not necessarily the best option for your specific order.
Standard listings are compiled independently because a business is publicly known to serve the metro for a relevant category — that's not an endorsement, and being left off isn't a criticism, it usually just means we haven't added it yet. A small number of "Featured" listings are paid placements, and those are always labeled clearly.
For shop owners
Standard listings are free to request — send your business name, city, services, and a link, and we'll review it for inclusion. Featured placement (top position, extra detail, photos) is available as a paid option for shops that want more visibility on the comparison pages.
